Totally agree with you, I really hated van XD ..
I mean, his cheast was pretty creppy, and his model was very... very.... Bas :S ... (Blonded MJ)...
Also, he kinda sucks compared to balthier and the others, so I really didn't like him at all...
and as you said, this character is pretty wierd because he is not very into the story, he just wanted to be an sky pirate.

I think it should be hard to work with such low bits, so I'll give you credit for that....
What regards the music, All I got to say is that "eh una cousa molto bella" (it's a pretty beatufull thing" XD)... really liked it.
Couldn't get the anime thought :S ... after the contest ends can you PM the answer to the anime? I'll be looking foward to it XD ...

Good animations

I love them, they are very good... I prefear the 2 one thought, but this one is good as well. Also, next time put a "play/stop" botton in the movie, I'd to answer the phone while I was watching the end of this, and I'd to watch the whole movie again :S .

but incredible how your drawing gets worse and worse each animation you make... why is that? how knows, but try to make good draws next time :P ...
By the way, good chapter, I liked a lot (at the diferent of the last 2, 3 chapters which where kinda bored) 'cause they weren't all the resistance crap which was pretty boring XD .
Keep up this work and please, please, try to add optional subtitles to help idiots like me to understand what they are saying (I can, but after seeing it more than once I notice that I lose most of the puns, at least, the first time).

PS: I'm waiting for the dvd... I've since "beer comes a new chalanger ! "

Very good job, I really liked it :). Beeing honest with you, is one (or the) best animated sprite movies of newgrounds (this one and mk vs sf).
Keep up the good work.

ps: I thought the star thing was a bit exagerated, but that's just a personal opinion
